Phoenix, Arizona, United States Global Water Resources Full time

Company Overview:

Global Water Resources, Inc. stands as a premier entity in the realm of water resource management, operating a network of 32 systems dedicated to providing essential water, wastewater, and recycled water services. Our operations are strategically located in burgeoning areas around metropolitan Phoenix, where we recycle over 1 billion gallons of water each year.

Recognized for our exemplary implementation of Total Water Management (TWM), we adopt a holistic approach to managing the entire water cycle. This involves the integration of water, wastewater, and recycled water utilities within the same geographic region, thereby maximizing the beneficial use of recycled water. Our innovative management programs leverage advanced technologies, remote metering infrastructure, and incentive-based rate designs to foster genuine conservation efforts. TWM is pivotal in safeguarding water supplies in regions facing scarcity amidst population growth.

Global Water has garnered multiple accolades, including national recognition as a 'Utility of the Future Today' for our outstanding water reuse practices, awarded by a consortium of water and conservation organizations led by the Water Environment Federation (WEF). Additionally, we received Cityworks' Excellence in Departmental Practice Award for our leadership in public asset management strategies.
