Job Overview

Fight Colorectal Cancer (Fight CRC) is a leading patient-advocacy organization in the United States, providing balanced and objective information on colon and rectal cancer research, treatment, and policy.

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and procedures to support employee engagement, productivity, and company objectives.

The HR Manager will work closely with the Accounting Manager and other key stakeholders to build relationships and ensure the effective management of HR-related tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting and hiring top talent
  • Employee relations and labor negotiations
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Training and development programs
  • Payroll and personnel records management
  • Investigating and reporting on workers' compensation cases
  • Preparing personnel forecasts to project employment needs

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
