Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support to staff members, managers, and HR teams
  • Work with confidential information of all staff at all levels within the organization
  • Triage or resolve inquiries within the HR Case Management system
  • Provide navigational support and answers regarding Workday, payroll, and HR topics
  • Perform limited transactions in Workday and provide suggestions for system improvements
  • Support and back up other team members in their daily activities
  • Manage other assigned activities as necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, or Payroll
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
