In the role of Service Technician, you will be tasked with responding to service requests from clients requiring repairs on their office technology equipment. Your responsibilities will include traveling to client locations, diagnosing issues, and executing necessary repairs on copiers and printers. Additionally, you will conduct inspections, perform routine and preventative maintenance, and replace any components that are nearing the end of their lifecycle. You will keep clients informed about the status of repairs and manage parts ordering and scheduling for follow-up visits if immediate repairs are not feasible.

We provide uniform shirts, a laptop, a smartphone allowance, and a company vehicle, and you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and vehicle stock.

We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $25 based on experience, along with a bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package. This position operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. We provide thorough training and welcome applicants from diverse industries or technical training backgrounds.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Preferred training through employment or a technical college in automotive repair, computer repair, aviation, or a related field; personal experience is also valued.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Clean driving record with no DUI convictions or reckless driving incidents in the past five years.
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
  • Professional appearance; no offensive tattoos permitted, and excessive tattoos may need to be covered.
  • Must have parking available for taking a company vehicle home daily.
