Role Description:
The Equipment Rental Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and processing rental contracts and projects within the department. This position also entails coordinating transportation logistics within the organization. It provides an opportunity to build relationships, gain insights into the forklift industry, and enhance rental business opportunities. Compensation:
Hourly rate of $30.00

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all rental inquiries
- Source and coordinate the shipment of equipment
- Oversee equipment transactions for used sales, trade-ins, and scrap
- Process and maintain internal delivery documentation
- Manage and invoice rental contracts
- Maintain the Service Maintenance program for rental units
- Keep accurate equipment inventory records
- Track equipment usage diligently
- Provide prompt responses to inquiries
- Offer administrative and manual support during Annual Physical Inventory
- Collaborate closely with the Rental Manager on equipment, transportation, and service requirements

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Preferred experience in the Material Handling industry, particularly with truck models and applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Transportation Coordination is a plus
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to multitask, plan, and prioritize effectively with attention to detail
- Capacity to apply sound judgment and reasoning in decision-making.
