Key Responsibilities: As a Service Technician, you will be tasked with responding to service requests from clients requiring repairs on their office technology equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Traveling to client locations to diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs on copiers and printers.
- Conducting inspections and executing routine and preventative maintenance, as well as replacing any parts that are nearing the end of their lifecycle.
- Communicating repair statuses to clients and coordinating follow-up visits if immediate repairs are not feasible.
You will receive uniform shirts, a laptop, a smartphone allowance, and a company vehicle, and you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and car stock.
Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $25, depending on experience, along with a bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. We provide thorough training and welcome candidates from various industries or technical training backgrounds.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Relevant training through employment or technical education in fields such as automotive repair, computer repair, or aviation; personal experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A clean driving record with no DUI or reckless driving violations in the past five years.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
- A professional appearance; visible tattoos may need to be covered.
- Availability of parking for a company vehicle at home.
