- Proven sales skills with a record of accomplishment.
- Ability to travel overnight with a general expectation of 4-6 weeks per year.
- Knowledge of commercial lending policies and procedures, with a focus on healthcare.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Aptitude for detail work and ability to meet specific deadlines.
- Ability to respond under pressure and effectively manage multiple priorities and schedules.
- Bachelor's degree plus at least 3 years' experience in a related field.
