Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Clerk to provide clerical support to our Business Office staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including billing support and document imaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide billing support, including printing and submitting claims, ensuring necessary documentation is attached, and documenting notes in the patient account system.
  • Perform document imaging tasks, such as opening and separating incoming mail, scanning correspondence, and giving original documents to appropriate parties.
  • Assist with special billing-related projects and annual regulatory audits.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist callers with their inquiries.
  • Provide clerical support to the Business Office team, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous clerical experience in a healthcare environment, preferred.
