Client Support Specialist

  • Verify client eligibility and secure necessary authorizations and documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during their onboarding process, guiding them towards their goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between our organization and clients, facilitating effective communication and support.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Candidates who possess strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service excellence will thrive in this role.
