Job Overview

The Construction Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the management of project activities to ensure that financial, scheduling, documentation, and quality benchmarks are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate project meetings with design, construction, and commissioning teams.
  • Assist in organizing pre-installation discussions.
  • Support the management of project budgets and timelines.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and manage cash flow.
  • Oversee on-site management of data center initiatives.
  • Engage with power and fiber service providers.
  • Assist the Project Manager and team with reporting tasks.
  • Collaborate with clients to maintain critical infrastructure standards.
  • Work closely with the operations team.
  • Contribute to business development efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in data center projects is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Project, is essential.
  • Experience with Yardi, Procor, and Prolog is preferred.

  • Familiarity with construction divisions from concrete to finish trades.
  • Ability to build effective relationships within the project team and across the organization.
