Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager to become a vital part of our team at SERVPRO. The Construction Project Manager will oversee the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve outstanding punch list items.
  • Conduct final inspections with clients.
  • Obtain signed Completion of Work and Certificate of Satisfaction from clients.
  • Lead pre-construction meetings with clients.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate schedules for subcontractors and material suppliers.
  • Organize site visits to prepare client estimates.
  • Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, local regulations, and project scope.
  • Implement change orders as necessary.

Expectations for Each Project:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess basic mathematical abilities.
  • Experience in restoration or construction is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent driving and sitting required.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential for occasional overtime.

Employment Type:
Full-Time Position with 1-2 years of experience preferred.

Shift Details:
Up to 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
