We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of construction teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet client requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • OSHA 30 Certification.
  • CPM schedule knowledge.
  • Cost report and labor production report knowledge.
  • Corporate quality program knowledge.
  • Subcontract language knowledge.
