Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage in lead generation and networking activities.
  • Submit at least one repair or replacement project weekly, ensuring all documentation is complete.
  • Participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and personalized coaching provided by River City.
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections, deliver detailed photo reports, and create precise estimates.
  • Secure signed agreements from property owners and obtain approval for project scope and costs, including handling insurance claims.
  • Collect necessary upfront payments and ensure all required documentation is submitted.
  • Oversee the successful completion of projects, collect final payments, and maintain thorough project files.
