Job Overview

We are in search of a Construction Project Superintendent to oversee and manage significant commercial construction initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for directing ground-up construction projects valued between $20 million and $50 million.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor project costs and schedules, ensuring timely completion.
  • Resolve on-site challenges and maintain effective communication with various stakeholders.
  • Supervise a team that includes project engineers, foremen, and assistant superintendents.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate logistics for manpower, materials, and equipment on-site.
  • Manage project forecasting, job costing, and productivity metrics.

Essential Skills

Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, MS Project, or Primavera).
  • Experience in managing large-scale commercial construction projects.

Soft Skills:

  • Effective cost monitoring and scheduling abilities.
