Job Description

As a Business Development Associate at Avison Young, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and industry partners, and contributing to the development of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote Avison Young's services and expertise
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and community leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
