Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Consultant to join our team and manage a personal territory. The successful candidate will build lasting relationships with clients, drive sales impact, and maintain accurate sales records. As a representative of our company, you will embody Christian values of honesty, service, and stewardship.
Responsibilities:
• Develop personalized sales strategies to support small businesses
• Foster long-term connections with clients across your territory
• Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide outstanding support to clients
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of outside sales success or comparable experience in B2B or B2C sales
• Strong work ethic and personal integrity
• Ability to travel up four nights per week to visit clients across your territory
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Compensation & Benefits:
Earnings potential: $60,000 to over $100,000 annually
Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and flexible spending card
