Office Administrator

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Portland, ME.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies and expenses
  • Coordinate with IT, Safety, Marketing, and Field Staff as needed
  • Organize on-site safety paperwork
  • Provide receptionist services during office hours
  • Assist project engineers with construction administration tasks
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in a relevant field desired
  • At least 1-3 years of full-time business administration experience
  • Familiarity with Procore software desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
