Administrative Assistant Opportunity

Spurwink's Clinical Consultation and Support Services program is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the needs of our Clinical Consultants stationed in regional Department of Health and Human Services offices.

About the Role

This position will provide administrative support to our Clinical Consultants, including organizing and maintaining clinical spreadsheets, ordering supplies, and preparing and submitting financial documents for approval.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain clinical spreadsheets for consultant documentation
  • Order supplies and materials as requested in a timely manner
  • Prepare and submit financial documents for approval
  • Organize and distribute remote training invitations and certificates
  • Complete quarterly reporting to DHHS stakeholders and contract managers
Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with a High School Diploma and some familiarity with Maine's Office of Child and Family Services structure. Spurwink is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
