Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Park Aerospace Corp. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including accounts receivable and payable, production, inventory, billing, collections, payroll, and auditing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Auditing: Oversee all accounting and auditing functions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and inventory management.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Develop and implement efficient financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of financial operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software, spreadsheet packages, and word processing applications, with experience in using Oracle 11i a plus.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of financial professionals.
  • Manufacturing Experience: Strong manufacturing experience or public accounting experience required.
Physical and Training Requirements
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift product/supplies ranging from minimal to 50 pounds on an occasional basis, with clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Training Requirements: Excellent leadership and communication skills required.
