Financial Performance:
Accountable for driving the financial success of the facility by meeting sales and profit objectives. This includes leading the management team in expense control, developing corrective action plans for financial shortcomings, overseeing budget creation, and analyzing economic trends for effective forecasting.

Customer Service Excellence:
Models and enforces superior customer service standards, guiding Associates and managers in resolving customer inquiries and complaints in line with Company policies.

Operational Leadership:
Directs the management team in daily operations, ensuring effective communication regarding merchandising and strategic direction.

Sales Strategy:
Enhances sales performance through effective merchandise presentation, competitive pricing, inventory management, and sales forecasting while assessing community needs.

Training and Development:
Ensures the success of the training environment by adhering to Academy Store standards. This includes creating an inclusive atmosphere, mentoring trainees, and maintaining high customer service levels.

Business Planning:
Executes multiple business plans by identifying operational needs, developing priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance. This includes measuring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

Associate Development:
Provides supervision and growth opportunities for Associates through effective selection, training, and performance management, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Policy Compliance:
Promotes adherence to Company policies and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and supporting the Open Door Policy.

Continuous Improvement:
Evaluates the effectiveness of ongoing plans and initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness while participating in community outreach events.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 years of general management experience with financial accountability.
- 4 years of experience supervising a diverse team of 50 or more employees, including performance management responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
