Adecco Staffing is collaborating with a prominent manufacturing organization seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager. This role is a direct hire opportunity that promises a rewarding career path.

Compensation Range:
$100,000 - $160,000

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Accounting Department's functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Develop and oversee the annual budget and forecasts, reporting any significant variances to management.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, providing necessary documentation for annual audits.
  • Ensure timely filing of quarterly and annual reports with regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with the CFO and CEO on financial strategies.
  • Supervise the preparation of periodic financial statements and reports.
  • Review invoices to ensure proper documentation before processing payments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by executive leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in the food and beverage manufacturing sector is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration is required.
  • At least 10 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial.
  • Willingness to travel between locations as needed.
