Heavy Equipment Technician

The Heavy Equipment Field Technician is a critical role within our organization, responsible for the repair and maintenance of construction equipment, component assemblies, and parts in the shop and field.
Key Responsibilities- Repair and maintain heavy equipment, including diagnosing defects and performing repairs safely and efficiently.
- Develop and implement repair plans and sequences to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Determine necessary parts, materials, and tooling required for repairs.
- Perform quality assurance testing to ensure repairs meet company standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Diesel or Equipment Technology or four (4) years of apprenticeship experience preferred.
- Three to five years of related experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to diagnose defects in heavy equipment.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
