About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Material Handler to join our team at Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS). As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment, including forklifts and JLG equipment, to move materials and products within the warehouse.
  • Conduct cycle counts, stage, sort, and report damages to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers, and transport them to local yards using company vehicles.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to complete tasks and achieve goals.
  • Act as a spotter in the yard with equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and good communication skills.
  • Experience operating heavy equipment, such as forklifts and JLG equipment, in a warehouse or construction setting.
  • Safety-focused, punctual, team-oriented, respectful, and motivated individual.
Physical Demands
  • Repetitive lifting and carrying of items up to 70 pounds.
  • Standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Working in various weather conditions, including heat and inclement weather.
  • Comfortable moving materials with heavy equipment that are long and awkwardly shaped.
