  • Meet and exceed sales targets for dry ice products in your assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Prospect and acquire new customers, leveraging industry knowledge and sales skills to drive growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers
  • Manage customer contracts, including pricing, volume, and renewal negotiations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales performance, and pipeline activity
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, sales)
  • 6+ years of professional sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Experience in the dry ice industry, with knowledge of industrial gas products and applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (up to 60% of the time)
