Market Development Representative

Spectrum is seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our residential sales team as Market Development Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through door-to-door relationship building and community events, focusing on new and existing communities within targeted growth markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers through relationship building and community events
- Focus on new and existing communities within targeted growth markets
- Build a network of referral partners to engage prospective customers
- Develop relationships with homebuilders, homeowner associations, and housing community groups
- Sell Spectrum's products at an exceptional value to customers
- Meet sales goals in Internet, mobile, phone, and video sales
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication, listening, relationship-building, and multi-tasking skills
- Willingness to learn about Spectrum's products and comfortable having sales conversations about technology
- Ability to work independently, results-oriented, persuasive, positive attitude, and resilient
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales or relevant work experience
- Experience in door-to-door sales
