About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Precast Sales Representative to join our team at Wells. As a Precast Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including architects, engineers, contractors, and owners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, including revenue and margin goals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the precast industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationships with clients, including architects, engineers, contractors, and owners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
