Job Summary:

This role focuses on driving business growth through the launch of new products and initiatives, requiring a blend of business acumen and marketing expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing and at least four years of experience in telecommunications product management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tactical plans for new product launches and initiatives, outlining tasks, deliverables, and team responsibilities.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule by managing deadlines, identifying out-of-scope requests, and handling change orders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve project goals, representing the marketing team in various project teams.
  • Monitor the success of initiatives, providing status reports and analyzing their contribution to overall business goals.
  • Create internal communication and training materials to support new product launches and other marketing initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, preferably in telecommunications product management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft software packages and strong project management skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities, especially in cross-functional settings.
  • Personal Qualities: Goal-oriented, organized, and innovative, with strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
