Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at Clear Channel Communications, Inc., you will be responsible for generating revenue and meeting sales targets through the creation and renewal of sales contracts. This role requires a strong understanding of the outdoor advertising industry and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth through the creation and renewal of sales contracts.
- Prospect and develop new customer relationships, utilizing consultative selling techniques to meet client needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by facilitating all aspects of the client's account, working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Determine project pricing based on industry guidelines and negotiate fees or services with clients, with management approval.
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering proof of performance (POP) to clients.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, including Charting and other teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Complete other duties as assigned or requested by management.
- 4-year college degree, BA/BS or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of progressive sales/marketing experience, with media sales experience preferred.
- Strong organizational/time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work closely with customers to develop and cultivate client relationships, growing accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Sales achievement with experience in consultative or 'needs' based selling techniques.
- Collaborative and professional style, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse customer groups and vendors.
- Self-starter with a diligent work ethic and demonstrated flexibility.
- Able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
- Client Focus: Providing service excellence to internal and/or external clients.
- Negotiating: Seeking to resolve different perspectives or matters of dispute by discovering shared interests and finding mutually acceptable solutions.

This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
Other Requirements:- Able to travel outside of the office at least 50% of the time for meetings and industry events.
