Financial Services Professional

As a Financial Services Professional at Heritage Family Credit Union, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members. We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
This is a full-time position that requires standing for long periods of time and working primarily at a workstation or desk in an open office environment. Daily tasks include extensive use of a computer performing standard keyboard functions, requiring repeated motion. Stretching breaks are recommended to avoid injury. Some light lifting may be required.
About the Role:
This position involves providing prompt, accurate, and efficient member service, maintaining robust knowledge of services offered by the credit union, and actively making recommendations to members for their benefit. You will also be responsible for completing routine cash and check transactions, including but not limited to cashing and depositing checks, transferring money between member's accounts, and completing deposits and withdrawals of cash.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal communication skills, ability to utilize various computer systems, attention to detail when handling cash, documents, and information, and previous customer service and cash handling experience (preferable).
