About the Role

The Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Director to oversee all supply chain-related activities. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for procuring supplies and equipment while managing vendor relationships and contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee procurement of supplies and equipment
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts
  • Foster collaboration with department leadership to operationalize strategies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and protocols
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's Degree highly preferred
  • 10 years' experience in supply chain/purchasing in healthcare or similar industry
  • 5 years of management experience required
  • Experience with financial aspects of supply chain management
Preferred Qualifications
  • APICS, Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certification
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to operationalize strategies and plans
Salary Range

$99,000 - $158,300.00 per year
