Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the training and development of new gym management and teams.
  • Ensure the sales and marketing success of all pre-sales and new gym openings, implementing all necessary systems and protocols.
  • Assist in maintaining and executing company policies related to sales and marketing for new locations, utilizing all training resources available.
  • Conduct daily assessments using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to track pre-sale success.
  • Manage the daily sales, marketing, and financial performance of the pre-sale team.
  • Organize and facilitate club training sessions, regional workshops, and gym-level training.
  • Coordinate travel schedules, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Represent the company with the utmost integrity to all stakeholders.

Qualifications We Seek

  • Proven experience in managing a fitness facility, including staff and operational metrics.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills for overseeing multiple locations.
  • Experience in developing systems, policies, and procedures for multi-location operations.
