The Fitness Operations Manager is a key member of the Cowboys Fit management team, responsible for leading and managing the club's health and fitness programming. This includes personal training, group training, supplement sales, member integration, and support.
- Member Service and Retention: Deliver exceptional member experiences through quality, cutting-edge programming that is safe, supports members' goals, and provides a positive environment.
- Department Operations: Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment, and achieve financial performance results through ancillary service revenues and expense control.
- Team Management: Hire, train, manage, and develop a high-quality team of fitness professionals, and create a positive, team-centered work environment that delivers on company goals.
- Customer Service: Create a customer service-focused environment that is friendly, welcoming, and supportive, and ensures superior customer service through leadership and example.
- Financial Performance: Oversee ancillary service programs, develop and implement member communications initiatives, and manage controllable expenses to ensure the department stays within budget.
- Environment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is working and operating, and maintain and implement an equipment cleaning schedule and overall maintenance checklist.
- Team Collaboration: Work in partnership with other members of the Cowboys Fit team, actively participate in management meetings and company-wide initiatives, and contribute to the effective and efficient running of the day-to-day operations of the department and club.
This is a full-time management position, with a varied schedule that includes prime time and interaction with staff and members throughout the day. Special events, promotions, and other demands may require early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
