Role Summary:
The Assistant Fitness Manager will focus primarily on boosting studio sales and membership growth. This position involves a significant emphasis on sales, complemented by responsibilities in staff management and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through grassroots marketing and networking initiatives.
- Implement a structured sales process to engage potential clients in introductory classes.
- Drive membership sales through proactive outreach and business development strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors to maintain accurate inventory levels of studio products.
- Oversee the performance of Sales Representatives and Flexologists.
- Utilize ClubReady software for generating revenue and attendance reports.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in fitness or membership sales is preferred.
- Proven ability to generate personal sales and mentor Sales Representatives.
- Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with the studio owner.
- Experience in managing diverse revenue streams, including membership and retail sales.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in various settings.
- Adept at thriving in a dynamic and diverse work environment.
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
- A genuine passion for fitness and wellness.
- Highly organized with strong data management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
