We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team at Workforce Consultants.

About the Opportunity:

  • This is a hybrid remote opportunity based out of your home office in Orange County or Los Angeles area.
  • You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients.
  2. Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline.
  3. Closely follow up on sales transactions.
  4. Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints.
  5. Navigate and build relationships with new and existing client base.
  6. Optimize processes using CRM and other business systems.

About You:

  • You have previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
  • You possess strong negotiation skills.
  • You are deadline and detail-oriented.
  • You can build rapport with clients.
  • You are highly organized in sales process.
