Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Atlas Fuel Services. As a key member of our Commercial Fuel Division, you will be responsible for driving new business and sales growth in the Southeast Michigan region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through phone, virtual, and in-person meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive incremental profitability
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, volume, revenue, and profit goals on a monthly basis
  • Manage a CRM-based pipeline of prospects and execute daily contact activities
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to customers, highlighting our company's operational capacity and established ROI thresholds
  • Monitor competition and stay up-to-date on market trends and developments
  • Protect company confidentiality and maintain a professional image in all interactions with team members, customers, and vendors

Requirements:

  • At least two years of outside sales experience, preferably in the fuel industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales in a price- and service-driven environment
  • Strong cold calling and prospecting skills, with a focus on developing new business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proposal writing and presentation skills
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle with insurance coverage
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with a sense of urgency
