Sales Territory Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Atlas Fuel Services. As a key member of our Commercial Fuel Division, you will be responsible for driving new business and sales growth in the Southeast Michigan region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through phone, virtual, and in-person meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive incremental profitability
- Meet and exceed sales targets, volume, revenue, and profit goals on a monthly basis
- Manage a CRM-based pipeline of prospects and execute daily contact activities
- Prepare and present sales proposals to customers, highlighting our company's operational capacity and established ROI thresholds
- Monitor competition and stay up-to-date on market trends and developments
- Protect company confidentiality and maintain a professional image in all interactions with team members, customers, and vendors
Requirements:
- At least two years of outside sales experience, preferably in the fuel industry
- Proven track record of driving sales in a price- and service-driven environment
- Strong cold calling and prospecting skills, with a focus on developing new business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proposal writing and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle with insurance coverage
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with a sense of urgency
