Position Overview:

The Principal Service Engineer IS, Service Owner will oversee our secure, Cybersecurity Maturity Model (CMMC) 2.0 compliant hosting environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the alignment of our infrastructure services with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between Providence infrastructure services, third-party hosting partners, and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with enterprise security and infrastructure teams to adhere to operational and architectural standards for all deployments.
  • Monitor performance metrics of hosting partners against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and conduct regular business reviews.
  • Manage vendor relationships and present findings to senior leadership, ensuring effective communication across various departments.
  • Utilize advanced problem-solving techniques to address service outages and implement resilience modeling.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in automation related to deployment and recovery processes.
  • Experience with n-tier solutions and resilience modeling.
  • Ability to influence engineering teams in translating customer and technical requirements into effective service architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage data and metrics for decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in implementing security frameworks such as CMMC or NIST.
  • Background in a healthcare environment.
