Your Contributions
- Utilize advanced civil engineering methodologies to improve infrastructure initiatives.
- Provide expert engineering solutions for water and wastewater projects.
- Support clients throughout project bidding, management, and oversight.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timeline, and resource distribution.
- Lead project teams to ensure the delivery of superior quality outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in their professional development.
- Deliver services to a variety of clients across multiple sectors.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Implement and uphold Health and Safety Plans on all project sites.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on enhancement projects.
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in civil engineering practices.
Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 7-10 years of experience in the water and wastewater engineering sector.
- Possession of a New Mexico Engineer license.
- Strong foundation in civil engineering principles and practices.
- Experience in infrastructure design and project management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in relevant technical software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Adherence to workplace safety standards.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Desirable Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Engineering.
- Experience with small or rural community projects is advantageous.
