As a Case Manager, you will engage in meaningful discussions about clients' concerns and aspirations, collaborating with various stakeholders to secure the best possible results. The ideal Case Manager is a motivated, intelligent, detail-oriented, creative, and empathetic individual who enhances the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and summarize medical records in written form.
  • Maintain communication with clients regarding their injuries and treatment plans.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to gather necessary records and detailed billing statements.
  • Interact with insurance adjusters to discuss the status of claims.
  • Engage with Medicare, Medicaid, and health insurance representatives concerning liens and claims.
  • Draft correspondence for clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
  • Prepare legal documents for court submission.
  • Communicate with court officials regarding the filing of legal documents and hearing schedules.
  • Handle electronic filing of records with the Clerk of Courts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and time management abilities.
  • Capability to build rapport with clients, interact with diverse personality types, and demonstrate empathy to ease clients during challenging times.
  • Ability to follow instructions and recognize the importance of adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based software applications.
  • A high school diploma is mandatory; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
