- Manage and process both verbal and written orders, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured for processing and invoicing.
- Collaborate with various departments to maintain strong customer relationships, effectively communicating outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Keep updated reference materials and relevant information regarding products, pricing, policies, warranties, etc., to resolve customer queries effectively.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous.
Requirements:
- Understanding of international business practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide precise and timely information along with necessary documentation.
- Familiarity with the SENCO organization is beneficial.
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
