Role Summary: Responsible for ensuring the efficient handling of customer inquiries and transactions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process both verbal and written orders, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured for processing and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with various departments to maintain strong customer relationships, effectively communicating outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keep updated reference materials and relevant information regarding products, pricing, policies, warranties, etc., to resolve customer queries effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual abilities are advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of international business practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide precise and timely information along with necessary documentation.
  • Familiarity with the SENCO organization is beneficial.

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
