Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Data Management Solutions: Develop and implement robust data collection and processing pipelines to meet specific business needs, utilizing Informatica Power Center and MDM processes.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Engage with various teams to understand emerging data patterns, translating high-level business needs into precise technical specifications.
- Provide Comprehensive Support: Manage data ingestion, master record creation, outbound data extracts, and API integration to maintain seamless data operations.
- Establish Data Quality Benchmarks: Develop tools and processes to ensure data accuracy and implement data modeling policies and procedures.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Actively engage in the development and rollout of MDM Solutions and other Information Management initiatives at MassMutual.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience with Informatica Power Center, data analytics, data modeling, and database design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data access/analysis, and experience with Python, Java, Scala, and Oracle database.
- Soft Skills: Ability to manage diverse projects, provide Level 2 support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
