Job Summary

Community Housing Advocates is seeking a highly skilled Data and Staff Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our programs, including data entry and training for new employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with people at varying skill levels. They will be responsible for conducting data clean-up, proactive monitoring, and tracking progress towards identified performance metrics and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex information, reports, contracts, and regulations to ensure compliance and quality standards
  • Conduct data clean-up and proactive monitoring to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Develop and implement training programs for new employees on data entry requirements
  • Track progress towards identified performance metrics and outcomes
  • Collaborate with supervisors and directors to support staff in meeting quality and compliance standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, compliance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
