Job Title: Data and Staff Support Specialist

Community Housing Advocates is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data and Staff Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our programs are providing high-quality services to those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, applicable regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Conduct new employee training on data entry requirements.
  • Empower supervisors and directors to support their staff in documenting and tracking progress towards identified performance metrics and outcomes.
  • Monitor and track progress towards identified performance metrics and outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve problems with creative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Valid Connecticut driver's license and clean driving record with proof of automobile insurance.
  • Computer proficiency with familiarity with standard databases.
  • Ability to analyze complex information, reports, contracts, and regulations.

What We Offer:

  • $50,000-$60,000 annually, based on experience.
  • Generous employee benefits package, including medical, dental, retirement, short- and long-term disability, and tuition reimbursement.
  • 15 PTO (paid time off) per year, plus 12 paid holidays.
