Job Description

The Hispanic Health Council is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our Youth Services Program.

The ideal candidate will have experience with data entry and a strong understanding of data management principles.

  • Enter daily student attendance, enrichment program lessons, and parent engagement activities into our database.
  • Assist with monthly Family Resource Center data documentation, including playgroups, educational programs, and home visits.
  • Support data reporting and analysis using Apricot and Transact.
  • Maintain accurate records of program activities and submit reports to Program Coordinators and Directors.
  • Participate in in-services, meetings, and trainings as required.

This is a grant-funded position, and the selected candidate will be required to travel to site locations as needed.
