Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team at the Hispanic Health Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, entering, and reporting data for our Youth Services Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter daily student attendance, enrichment program lessons, parent engagement activities, and other program-related data.
  • Assist with monthly Family Resource Center data documentation, including playgroups, educational programs, training, home visits, and attendance.
  • Support with Apricot, Transact, and monthly data reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of program activities in the Program Drive.
  • Submit reports to Program Coordinators and Directors as required.
  • Develop and maintain data record forms as needed.
  • Participate in in-services, meetings, and trainings as required.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED and one year of data entry experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Transact/Cayen Data platform.
  • Knowledge of Google forms and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Teams, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual - Spanish.
