Job Title: Hotel Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Executive to join our team at Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Downtown. This is a unique opportunity to drive sales for award-winning properties in high-demand markets.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying strategies to increase customer base and top line revenue in specified market segments. They will also have the ability to sell value, tell our story, and create an experience for our customers and customer prospects.

Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular sales calls to current customers and potential new customers by means of on-site visits, direct sales calls, prospecting calls, and written correspondence
- Provide current and accurate information to all inquiries regarding the property facilities
- Enhance customer relations and increase business for the property
- Maintain proper records of all sales calls and business activities using Hotel SalesPro

Requirements:
- Previous outside sales experience with a proven track record of success in finding and closing new business opportunities
- Optimistic self-starter with a high degree of drive, motivation, and initiative
- Ability to work independently, exercising good judgment and discretion
- Strong customer service skills, including problem-solving and complaint resolution
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organized
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Reliability and honesty

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
