Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Graybar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving revenue growth in your assigned territory.

About the Role

This is a critical leadership position that requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans, manage budgets, and analyze market trends. Your goal will be to exceed sales targets and drive business growth through effective sales execution and customer relationships.

Sales Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to deliver exceptional results
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or sales management
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
