Job Title: Regional Human Resources Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to join our team at Mauser Packaging Solutions. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our regional locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day employee relations and performance counseling to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assure fair and consistent administration of all human resources policies and practices, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Resolve any employee concerns or issues within the location(s) you support, demonstrating strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Ensure strong communication of all employee programs to increase employee engagement and morale, utilizing your excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Implement programs related to human resources and employee relations, partnering with management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and governmental regulations.
  • Administer payroll processing, time and attendance recording, paid time off benefits, processing company compensation and benefits programs, and maintain accurate records within the HRIS system.
  • Deliver and administer training programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment or any other HR-related policies and procedures.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and any other necessary onboarding activities, maintaining a positive and welcoming work environment.
  • Perform any recruitment activities, including posting open positions, reviewing resumes, screening applicants, and setting up/coordinating any interviews with hiring manager.
  • May be involved in investigating employee-related issues and concerns, utilizing your strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or a related field.
  • 3 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • PHR/SPHR certification is a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to model leadership behaviors on a continual basis, partnering with business leaders in a dynamic business setting.
  • Knowledge of Federal/State laws as they pertain to human resources administration.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Good organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
