Customer Support Specialist

Cinter Career Services is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist - IT Service Desk to join our team in Chicago, IL. About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and software applications
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, problems, and resolutions using documented procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and efficient issue resolution
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT, enhancing your skills and knowledge to better serve our clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in PC and application support, preferably in a help desk environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and VMWare
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
