About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and software applications
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, problems, and resolutions using documented procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and efficient issue resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT, enhancing your skills and knowledge to better serve our clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in PC and application support, preferably in a help desk environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and VMWare
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
