Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and troubleshooting tips.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences, from initial contact to post-sale support.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, clean stores, and organized back-of-house spaces.
  • Serve as an expert resource for Xfinity Mobile support, assisting customers with device data transfers, phone number ports, and other mobile-related services.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Xfinity products and services, with a willingness to learn and stay current on new technologies.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand, and move throughout the store continuously.

Benefits:
