As a Customer Support Specialist B2B, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical support to our customers via phone, email, and Salesforce.

About the Job

In this 100% remote position, you will work closely with our global headquarters in Chicago and have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule. You will be responsible for handling customer requests and feedback, providing accurate and professional assistance, and consistently staying up-to-date on product knowledge.

  • Handle incoming customer calls, tickets, and chats regarding product problems, service questions, and general client concerns.
  • Provide top-notch support and maintain a high level of professionalism with customers.
  • Collaborate with management and other teams to stay informed of any changes in company policies.

The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of experience in a technical support role and excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Additionally, they should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
